Reeves on November 7, 1948; he preceded her in death. Mary was a 50-year member of the Retail Clerks Union and retired in 1983, after 30 years of service as head cashier at Standard Grocery of Indianapolis. In addition to her children, survivors include her sister Annie Cheezum and brother Robert Lawson, 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
